How Airbnb co-hosting works
From your listing, you invite a co-host and choose their permissions: calendar, messages, pricing. The co-host acts on your behalf on the platform, but the listing, its history and its reviews stay attached to your account. If you stop, you remove access in one click and keep everything.
Why it is safer than transferring your listing
Some management companies publish your home on their own account: if you leave, you lose the reviews you built up. With co-hosting, your Airbnb reputation belongs to you.

Does the co-host receive my earnings?
No. Airbnb pays the earnings into your account. We then invoice our commission based on the monthly statement.
I don't have a listing yet, can you create it?
Yes. We build the listing with you from your account: title, description, photos, house rules, pricing and registration number.
Can I remove access?
Yes, at any time from your Airbnb account. The contract includes 30 days' notice to hand over upcoming bookings smoothly.
