Every month you get a detailed statement: nights booked, average rate, cleaning, commission.
A transparent set-up
The listing stays in your name on Airbnb and the platform pays your earnings directly to you. We act as your co-host and charge our commission on the nights collected, excluding platform fees. Cleaning fees are paid by the guest and agreed with you in advance.

Can I block dates for myself?
Yes. You stay in control of your calendar and can block any dates no guest has booked yet.
How do I stop?
A simple email with 30 days' notice. Existing bookings are honoured and the listing, with its reviews, remains yours.
