How much does an Airbnb management company cost in Paris?
Our plans range from 12% + VAT (remote management) to 22% + VAT (Premium), on the nights collected, excluding platform fees. No setup fee, no subscription: no bookings, nothing to pay.
Am I locked in for a fixed term?
No. You can stop at any time with 30 days' notice. Existing bookings are honoured.
Who receives the booking money?
You do. The listing stays on your Airbnb account and the platform pays your earnings directly to you. We invoice our commission based on the monthly statement.
How many nights can I rent out in Paris?
90 nights a year for a main residence. A second home needs a change-of-use authorisation. Beyond that, a mid-term mobility lease lets you rent for the rest of the year.
Is my home insured?
Airbnb offers a damage protection for hosts (AirCover). We prepare the claim files if anything is damaged, with photos before and after every stay. We also recommend telling your home insurer about the rental.
Which areas do you cover?
Paris (all 20 arrondissements) and the whole Île-de-France region: Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne, Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines, Essonne and Val-d'Oise.
How long does it take to get my home online?
Usually less than a week after the visit: photos, listing, registration number, keys and linen.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our team works in French and English, with owners abroad as well as international guests. Contracts and monthly statements can be explained in English.
