In Paris, a main residence cannot be let for more than 90 nights a year as a short-term rental. For the rest of the year, or for a home without authorisation, the French mobility lease (bail mobilité) lets you rent furnished for 1 to 10 months to professionals on assignment, interns or students.

What the mobility lease is
A furnished lease of 1 to 10 months, non-renewable, reserved for people in vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship, internship, civic service, job transfer or temporary assignment. It lets you rent without the constraints of short-term tourist lets.
The right mix of short and mid-term
We combine both: short-term during the most profitable periods (spring, trade fairs, summer), mid-term for the rest of the year. The home earns all year without exceeding the 90-night limit.
