What we take care of
Plumbing: leaks, toilets, taps, drains, water heater. Electrics: sockets, switches, lighting, power cuts. Painting: refreshing a room or the whole home between seasons. Small jobs: furniture assembly, sealant, repairs after a stay.
An emergency during a stay?
If a guest reports a leak or a power cut, we handle everything: we reassure the guest, send a tradesperson and let you know with photos. We invoice you for the repair afterwards, at the agreed price.
How it works
You describe the job, or we spot it during a visit. We send you a clear quote. Once you approve, the work is scheduled between bookings. You get before and after photos, and the calendar stays open to guests.
